I'm Zoe's mom. This was THE most delicious birthday cake I ever had (and as Zoe will tell you, I'm getting old rapidly!). I couldn't stop eating it. It's gone now, but will not be forgotten. Especially since we have pictures--and the recipe. I am SO proud of her (and not just for this cake!!)
